They take such good care of our dog Gracie when she was sent to them for treatment of her chronic heart failure. At one point they saw her weekly due to her condition but were always so patient with our questions and concerns as we navigated her changing needs. She was at ease each time she had to be seen as well which was so important to us in keeping her comfortable and stress-free. We took our little dog there and could not have been happier. Everyone from check in to check out was a good experience. The people were very friendly and helpful. Dr Rodriguez was very easy to talk to and understand. She made you feel comfortable to ask any questions. We felt very confident in her diagnosis. Would highly recommend this place.

We had to make an Emergency visit to the 24 hour emergency animal hospital on Sidco dr in Nashville, TN on Labor day. From the time we checked in at the front desk,,,to all the techs they were all just wonderful,,so kind,,considerate,,and compassionate. And our lil Yorkie Rizzo was treated so good. If you have a seriously ill pet in this area this is where you need to come. Dr. Mallard has been treating our beloved golden retriever, Clark, for lymphoma. She gives us detailed info on his condition, answers questions honestly and willingly and takes time to be sure he is comfortable. She will modify treatment to make it the best possible outcome. The staff is kind and accommodating. It is good to know there is someone to call 24/7 if we have issues or questions. .

Lastnight 5/2/2025 our boy Knox had an episode of what we thought may be a seizure, but we were uncertain. He had a similar episode earlier in the day witnessed on our home cameras when I rushed home and rushed him to the local vet, but he was asymptomatic by the time we arrived there. Our little 5 year old Dachshund developed back issues and couldn't walk. Dr. House operated on him in 2015 and he recovered perfectly and lived to be 14 and a half when he succumbed to Cushings disease. These folks are wonderful!
