Nate was excellent! All of my questions were answered, and being a first time home buyer I had quite a few, which he patiently explained all of the answers to me. The process was super simple, and the email follow-ups as we hit each milestone were a great bonus for giving me extra information. Overall it was a really wonderful experience and would absolutely use again (though hopefully not for quite some time) and recommend to all my friends!
