Very receptive with my needs and educated me on things I was not too aware of or totally misinformed. I purchased a house in Phoenix, AZ using Nathan's services. He made it quick, easy and painless. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Our initial conversation outlined a few things I needed to do to clean up my credit report and we worked together to increase my score. Nothing bad in my report, but I needed to fix some bad reporting for issues that should have been removed years before.

Delt with Nathan from out of town for a purchase of a new home, had a pre-qualify with in 2-3 days always there when called or responded the next day. Always gave us the best and truthful answers and/or our best options for our loan.
