Nathan Kanam reached out to me after I inquired about refinancing my home . I wasn't sure where or how to begin the process . I am somewhat introverted and Nathan said we could do it all on line . That was a big plus in my book . He started out explaining my options and then was with me every step of the way . If something was needed or I didn't understand he explained . Nathan responded to my inquiries within a couple hours after I sent them . His time and attention throughout this process was top knotch in my book.

Nathan was there to walk us through every step of the way. We had an issue on a Saturday at 1030 pm I emailed him and within a couple minutes he had answers. Had to jump through many hoops but he made it seem easy.
