Nathan was incredibly easy to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Any questions or concerns I had, he responded immediately. He was able to explain things so that a novice like myself would understand. One of my biggest concerns going in was utilizing my Veteran benefits as I have found not a lot of people know their way around a VA mortgage, Nathan does. I would highly recommend going through Nathan for any future mortgages.

I used Nathan in 2015 to buy a house 2 months before my wedding. From the day I looked at the house and decided I wanted it, we closed in 28 days. Since then I have referred 6 other friends who have all had an excellent experience. I've have dealt with several well-known banks and mortgage brokers in the past. Until dealing with Nathan I dreaded the mortgage process. In my past experiences, I would often get rates that were higher than advertised (forcing me to shop multiple lenders). Once a lender was selected, and application process started, I would often have to gather more and more information urgently, on the fly, as it was requested, and then wait days or even a week or more to hear back from the Bank to see if what I had provided was sufficient... read more

Nathan is the perfect example of what a mortgage lender should be. His industry knowledge is exceptional and he makes excellent recommendations. He always made himself available if I had questions or concerns, and always made me feel comfortable through every step. At no point did I experience a lack of response, nor did I ever question what was needed or why it was needed. I would certainly use Nathan again and would highly recommend him in the future.
