Purchasing my first house was at first a very intimidating prospect, but Nate and his assistant Debbie walked me through the process not just with their knowledge and expertise, but also with kindness and understanding. They answered all my questions and provided support all the way so the closing could be done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
My loan approval was a nearly three year process. Nate stuck/worked with me until I was able to be approved. He secured a lower rate than I expected and was able to get several fees waived. His service from approval until the day of closing was unparalleled. If you need a VA loan in Florida, Nate’s your guy.
I approached Nate regarding a non traditional loan for an investment property. He explained the process very clearly and all the “ins and outs” on the front end. Everything he initially outlined played out exactly as he said it would (rate, closing costs, etc.). There were no surprises.
