Nate is quite different then other lenders. He takes a personal interest in getting you across the finish line. He informed me from the beginning what was necessary for me to get financing and I actually put it off for 6 months to make sure I would qualify with no issues. He got me through the process and I am now in my new home. He also timed it perfect for me and secured my VA Loan with an unbelievable lock on 2.25% interest rate loan. Now that's timing!
