NCN was able to get my claim reviewed and get additional damages covered that were extremely obvious, even to my untrained eye, that insurance missed. I was kept up to date when necessary, and left alone when the process had nothing to do with me, which is exactly what I prefer. I am extremely satisfied with the claim resolution now.

I was denied a roof by my insurance company which was hard to understand because my neighbors on each side got new roofs as well as many in the neighborhood. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure we got an accurate quote for our roof damage and spent countless hours helping us fight our battle.
