Debt Specialist, ***** was wonderful to work with in helping me with a payment plan I can manage. He was patient with answering my questions and very kind and knowledgeable.
They're available all the time and respond immediately, most calls are with someone very knowledgeable, the fees are pretty steep though, they take a good 20-35% chunk of your repayment, it's worth it for the most part.
