I’ve been with you for over a year. One debt has been settled and I’m at the beginning of another. It would have been nice to know how much money was going to you after my first debt was settled. It was a little frustrating to see money going in and out but not paying off a debt. I knew there was a fee but not how much and how long it would take. They have been extremely helpful and the amounts that our balances have been reduced are much greater than I even expected.
So far, so good. I have seven creditors and five accounts have been resolved, either paid off or payments arranged. Hopefully, this will continue.
