For my First phone call they have been nothing but kind & helpful. I'm going through a unwanted Divorce & have been left with debt I needed help with & they have been my Saving Grace. I've been battling illness along with Hospital stays & I have not had to worry about anything. They truly have taken a large bit of stress off my shoulders. I thought I would never find peace financially, but even though I'm still in a program with National Debt Relief, more progress has been made in the last 6 months than the last 3 years just doing it on my own. They're so nice, too! I was nervous to call after years of being scarred by Southwest Airlines and Comcast, but every person I've spoken to at NDR has known what they're talking about, have been clear, and they're EMPATHETIC. I just love them. Eternally grateful.
I have been in this program since Dec 2019 So far I am very satisfied with them. Already have two of my accounts reduced and making payments on them The only thing I would complain about is no one has contacted me by phone to go over my account. I have received text and email I reference to the two accounts being reduced. I would like for a call ever so often to talk about how my other accounts are being worked on.
