I signed up early this year and so far NDR has settled several of my accounts. They have also been very good about continuing to move forward with new settlement offers while maintaining my bi-monthly payment at the original amount agreed.

So far I’ve been in program for about 7 months. Every time u call NDR will try to answer my questions to their best of their ability. I have recommended this program to friends and family. I hope I get out of my debit sooner than expected.

We have been using NDR since January of this year and so far we are mostly satisified . I feel they are working with the accounts well. My only feeling is they let the accounts receive more than they should. I feel NDR should stick with the things we ,as clients , are told in the beginning of the process. I don't feel the accounts should be able to gouge us, the client, with all of excess interest and late charges after we sign up with NDR. ***** ********
Customer Service is great! My questions about the Banks contracts were answered. Customer Service provides information that I understand. So happy with their help to become debt free. Highly recommend.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY - A+ Started the program in October of 2017 and 70% of my debt has been settled. The communication from NDR has been nothing short of exceptional. Because of personal situations and some emergencies I have had to reschedule payments and NDR has been very understanding and courteous. As other customers wrote, it feels good to know that someone is trying to get your debt resolved for you, and even better if that someone is NDR.
