It’s a very good company and a very responsible inspector. I didn’t expect a report to have a detailed description of 85 pages. Not only can it help us find problems well, it is also very important for future house maintenance. I strongly recommend it to everyone. !
Russell Davis performed a very thorough inspection of our new home! He was early & showed us all of the concerns as he conducted the inspection. Also, the report was completed in less than 24hrs hours & was easy to understand. Finally, NPIs customer service was great as we had to reschedule twice due to the home not being ready. Overall I would recommend NPI & Russell Davis for their home inspection needs!
