We ran into one issue with the inspection and Zac was very helpful in connecting me with a professional who helped take care of the issue at a more then fair rate. Use Zac for you home inspection! He took the time to answer all of my questions and really explain so I understood what was going on with the house I had under contract. He was knowledgeable about the cost and time of necessary repairs and I was able to use this when negotiating the purchase. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
