Chris was INCREDIBLE! I’m in the process of buying a home built in 1890 so it has a few issues. He was very patient walking us through what he found and highlighting things that were ISSUES that needed to be addressed by a professional right away as well as things that could be DIY or could wait a little longer to get fixed.
