Erickson Haire did an inspection for us 4/2019 and was very professional and thorough. He was on time and went over every aspect of the property and our final report was delivered in a matter of hours. Would highly recommend NPI and Erickson for peace of mind on your home purchase.

I am in the process of buying my first house and it was incredibly helpful to have the expertise and attention to detail that Cory provided. He left nothing left unseen during the inspection so that I could go into the buying process with all the information possible. Highly recommend!

Cory was prompt, professional, and very knowledgable about his profession. He was informative, in that he found out things about the house that I wasn't aware of, and was able to give me a much clearer vision of the house than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Cory and National Property Inspections.

I've used NPI a hand full of times now, and they are FANTASTIC!! My clients can't say enough good things about them as well. We get our inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection and they're always happy to answer my questions, as well as my clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve sold 3 houses in Hilton Head and 6 personal homes in Knoxville in my life. In addition I’ve been a part of building another 6 700k + spec homes with a building partner. I also own a commercial contracting company that deals with Y12, ORNL, University of Tennessee, Vanderbilt University, ETSU, and many more. With all this experience in contracting and building I’ve been around my fair share of inspectors and Cory and National Property Inspections are hands down the best that I have seen.
