Rick came by and inspected our new build before our one year warranty was up. He was very thorough and responsive. He fully explained every issue (no matter how big or small) and gave a comprehensive report. Would definitely recommend! As a bonus, he was also very understanding of the puppy that wanted to help :)
We just bought a house a few weeks ago and the previous owners had 3 big labs. The dog smell would hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the door. Rick and his team came out to tell us about the chlorine dioxide treatment. Rick was extremely flexible and took his time to prepare and set the treatment up. Rick came back the next day to take the chlorine smell away and now we are able to walk in our home and not smell the dogs anymore. His process works where regular carpet cleaning failed.
