I’m very pleased with Mr Williams and NPI service. He’s direct and tells it how it is which as a homebuyer is what we need. I’ve used him before and will continue to use on all my real estate needs. He’s very knowledgeable of the building code and can spot with little difficulty areas that need improvement or rework in the home. If you want your bang for the buck, can’t go wrong with NPI and Mr Williams. I thank Holli Persall for the referral.
First, the interaction was completely digital in terms of scheduling, contract signing and reporting. That is very helpful these days. Second, the review process was done on time and was very thorough. Tim and the team really got into the nooks and crannies of the home and provided valuable feedback. Third, on time and efficient and professional. I highly reccommend.
I reviewed a lot of companies and contracts and spoke to many regarding a pre-purchase home /4-point/Wind inspection. This company did what it said it could and would do, furnished all necessary links to the industry standards to which it adheres (and in my case exceeded) and provided a very thorough inspection and report, and answered all my questions. I also liked their contract insofar as it was not one-sided, like the many I reviewed, but was fairly worded.
