Jason was great. Very professional. You could tell from his whole process that he is experienced and very familiar with current building code and construction. He was very detailed with explanations of his findings and walked me through each area of noted concern. He was also very honest about categorizing items he felt were address now versus later. The inspection was very thorough and identified critical things that I needed to address with the seller. It also gave me a very good list of items for me to address and maintain as the new home owner.
