RecommendedMark was very professional. He was actually at the house before I got there and went over everything with me that he had already inspected. We have several short conversations while I was there measuring rooms about the different things that needed to be addressed. Very professional very helpful very knowledgeable.
It was easy to schedule. He showed up on time. The inspection and report were thorough. Plus he answered the questions we had after reading the report. He even came back a second day because the tenant did not make all of the rooms available.
Did a great job, the only thing I did not like is that I had to wait 2 weeks to get a visit from them. That hurts an already short time frame when working on buying a home.
