RecommendedHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We had Ryan do the inspection on a home I was about to purchase and I cannot say enough good things about him and this company. The inspection was completed thoroughly, professionally, and Ryan was so willing and kind enough to answer any questions we had during the inspection. I cannot recommend NPI enough !! I will definitely be contacting them in the future when looking for a property.

He didn’t just complete the inspection, but he did a great job explaining things and even giving me tips for various maintenance tasks. The pricing was fair and the scheduling was easy. RecommendedVery thorough and timely. I have used NPI multiple times and each time the inspector does not mind me following along, and also explains things as he goes. Each time I also received a very detailed report the next day. Excellent service. Not the cheapest inspection but worth the price.

RecommendedNPI came out and did a thorough inspection of the building we are looking at purchasing. They were up in the attic, the entire basement, they covered every inch. The inspection report provided a detailed explanation of what was inspected and potential problems. The attitude was great, they took the time to answer our questions and explain it to us. Highly recommend NPI.
