Very thorough and timely. I have used NPI multiple times and each time the inspector does not mind me following along, and also explains things as he goes. Each time I also received a very detailed report the next day. Excellent service. Not the cheapest inspection but worth the price.

NPI came out and did a thorough inspection of the building we are looking at purchasing. They were up in the attic, the entire basement, they covered every inch. The inspection report provided a detailed explanation of what was inspected and potential problems. The attitude was great, they took the time to answer our questions and explain it to us. Highly recommend NPI.

We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from National Property Inspections for our newly purchased 1997 home. Joe took the time needed to thoroughly inspect all areas of the house with complete accuracy.
