My experience so far with this company is a nightmare. We moved in to our new apartment 3 months ago. The very first bill was just a little over $70 even though I was not in the apartment at all. I was out of the country for a month and half. I noticed it was a little too much for not using anything but I understand there is a fee to pay to keep the service going. However, the next bills have been extremely high, and I do not understand why, when there is only 2 people living in the apartment and we both work full time jobs,... read more

Business response:

I am sorry you are feeling this way about our company. Your sister submitted a similar review and I have been corresponding directly with her via this website. Nationwide Energy Partners (“NEP”) values and appreciates resident feedback regarding the quality of the services we provide on behalf of our partner property owners (i.e. our “customer(s)”). As a condition of service with our customers, NEP is obligated to always match or charge less than the given rate of the local host utility providers for both residential electri... read more

We started service in June and the bill for that month was a little high but we thought it would get better. However, the next two months the bills were ridiculously high. I have a two bedroom apartment and I have never paid bills this high. Someone needs to do something about this company. They are ripping us off!

Business response:

I am very sorry you feel this way. I am unable to locate an account in your name, but any member of our Resident Support team would be happy to speak with you directly to help you better understand your billing. Please keep in mind that NEP provides unified billing, sometimes for 4 or more services for the residents we serve on behalf of your community. We look forward to assisting you!

Super professional and efficient. I was thrilled with the answer I received when I inquired as to why I was being charged a deposit. Not only did she explain, the deposit was easily waived.

Business response:

Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your feedback! We appreciate it. So glad our team made sure you had a great experience!

I got my first full month's water and sewer bill from Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) today for my newly built two bedroom ranch style apartment in ******, Ohio. The water and sewer usage was $9.50 and then they tacked on a Customer Charge of $25.59 (this was not a late fee, deposit, etc) and an NEP Service Fee of $5.00 for a total bill of $40.09. When I called NEP the customer service rep told me that the $25.59 fee was set by the local utility provider, ***** Water. I then called ***** Water, who actually supplies our wat... read more

I want to share a positive experience. I am a new customer and my first bill included a security deposit however they were willing to work with me to get it removed when I submitted a letter of credit from my past electric company. The representative Kaydee I worked with was very professional and kind and extremely prompt . Very great experience.

Business response:

Thank you very much for sharing your positive experience with Kaydee! Always glad to hear how well our Resident Support team cares for our residents!
