Poor communication during power outages cause added stress not to mention it’s below 20 degrees and we are without heat. They will receive no negative repercussions for this lack of transparency and poor communication.

This company is used by the management company for my apartment. Moved in three months ago and got my first electric bill yesterday, which was over $350 because they waited so long to bill me. Called to see if I could push the bill due date back by a few days until after I got my next paycheck but they were unwilling to help.

This company is straight up stealing from people. Shady company, shady prices, shady business. Their rates are outrageous and their meter reading reports are only partial. My apartment complex signed a contract with them and now we’re locked in and I now have a $200 bill for a 1 bed 1 bath when it previously was only $70-$80 at the most. I am straight up not having a good time. They honestly deserve 0 stars. :(

They clearly have a huge markup on electric and water since they have no “fees.” No matter how much weatherproofing Or conservation I do, , the bills are so high. I downsized apartments and price is the same. None of it makes sense. How is this legal? Thinking about contacting 6 on your side .

The only reason we have this service is because it's required by our apartment. Expect weekly blackouts from this company, especially when it's 80 degrees and sunny. You can never get any updates on outages. My electricity has gone off FOUR TIMES IN THE PAST 13 HOURS. There is no rain, wind, or inclement weather. It's the most beautiful day of the year so far. And yet, I have hundreds of dollars of food in my apartment spoiling because they can't keep their service connected at 11:00 am on a Thursday in the sunshine. This co... read more
