I have just had one instance of dealing with their resident support team so far and they had exceptional service. I like the fact that I was able to do everything over email, they gave me clear instructions on how to waive the deposit. And once I followed everything, I asked them to verify, and boom they were able to do everything instantly. No calls involved, no confusion, and no hassle! I have just had one bill generated, I do feel that their rates could be a bit higher than what I am used to paying, but that's for later!

This is our first time using their service and the service was excellent. We set up the auto-pay in order to waive the deposit of $150 from the first bill, and they waived it right away even after we received the first bill. They couldn't add one more name onto the first generated bill, however, the customer support stepped out of her way to send me a copy of the account ledger, which served the purpose. We really appreciate their quick responses and excellent services.

I have been using NEP for almost 2 years now, yes their prices are higher then comparable companies but when it comes down to the customer service they were fantastic. I was being threatened with shut off due to hard times and they helped me to get everything back on track and worked with me! Dan was a real pleasure to work with so thank you for everything Dan!

I would not recommend NEP to anyone. Through my apartment company, all tenets are forced to use NEP and I am trying to move out ASAP because of the crazy electric bill prices. My monthly bills are over $200+ a month (even if you turn your air off). Absolutely insane. I truly think this company is a scam and works with apartment companies to have super high rates. My friends pay around $60-$90 a month, and I pay around $215 a month and I use about the same (maybe even less) electricity and water then them. I highly recommend ... read more

The electric and water bills appear to be incredibly overpriced. Our bill went from being in the low 100's in the first month to being well above 150 after that 250-300 in the winter and we rarely run the heat. It just doesn't add up especially when you look at almost every review about this company is negative. I feel as if the BBB needs to look into this further than just what they have so far.

Had a question about why my automatic payment didn't go through so I emailed their customer service team. I got a reply within 12 hours and it had exactly what I needed. I continued to email with the rep, Angel, over the course of the next 2 days. She was extremely prompt, professional and helpful. Definitely was a great experience.
