They could improve by providing the service they were paid to do. Based on what Rick told me, they took military moving contracts but haven't adequately trained their staff to handle the volume. When I called, he couldn't even keep track of who picked up and delivered my move. Nationwide did nothing I could not have done myself. Should have stuck with PODS. WAY better service.
Still money from the drivers, lies to the customers, overcharged the customers I know this because I was a driver there for 7 1/2 years. The worst company I ever work for.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had a terrible experience with them and so many things went wrong. So much room for improvement. First they claim to be a high end moving company and are very expensive. You can get almost the same service for much less money. I was very disappointed with my experience with Nationwide Vans Lines. I was moving from Philadelphia to the Boston area and needed my belongings placed in storage until I found an apartment. I booked it several months in advance and was promised by Rich a 2-day window for pick-up which would be a guaranteed date by one month of the move (it is very difficult for me to take off a day from work without several weeks notice). VERY BAD COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Racheal Hall-Skolnik verbally promised the delivery in 4 days, but after the pick I was told it might take as much as 21 days. This was never verbally said to me. I packed enough cloths and medicine for a week. Had I known it would take 21 days I would have booked with anybody else but these fools.
