My recent move was the best ever! The guys were fast, friendly and super professional. Everything was moved carefully and arrived in perfect condition. From our initial contract through the actual moving to the final billing, both the office staff and the moving crew were excellent!! Thank you!
My overall experience was great. We moved from Florida to New Hampshire, with a 20 day window for the delivery of our furniture. Communication with the company was excellent. We called Laurie often to check on the status of our delivery and were always treated wonderfully, even when there was no real update on the location of the truck. From the very beginning Nationwide Van Lines was the easiest and most professional moving company we dealt with out of our online and local searches. Alanna was extremely helpful getting our move set up and getting us the most reasonable cost quote we received. It was that quote that made us choose Nationwide. As the weeks went by Alanna stayed in touch adding and subtracting items from our packing list and adjusting the quote accordingly. We were pleased with The movers, who moved our furniture from North Carolina to New Jersey. The team worked diligently making sure the furniture was wrapped and packed securely. Our furniture had to be stored a few weeks and between that time and the delivery my dining room buffet sustained some scratches and the tv back has a small crack. We were reimbursed for the tv but the scratches on the buffet were not discovered until after the team had left.
