I love that no matter how many times I call them to come out, they are always polite, personable, and helpful! It is what keeps me a customer. I also love that their products are child and pet safe. We have 2 big dogs and a crawling baby. Ants were found in her room twice in 2 different locations. I have never had a bad experience with anyone or any service.
Mike at Natura Pest Control was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do. I explained to Mike the problem areas I had. He took care of all my problem areas. Mike is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Natura Pest Control to anyone who has any pest control problems.
Zach was very friendly, professional and extremely polite. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He did a thorough spray both inside and outside and addressed all the issues I had. Thanks so much Zach!
very professional. have been using them for a year. if we ever have an issue they are a phone call away and respond in a timely manner. got rid of our ants it was amazing. they also do the interior of the house and use a kid and pet friendly product does not smell like harsh chemicals more of a floral scent. would highly recommend using Natura for your pest issues. 5 star
