Zodiac pool systems stand behind there product thank you! the first one I bought worked great, this one seems like a dud. after my first experience I talked friends into installing it on there pool. there should be a seal on to show its unused. UPDATE 7-21-2017 zodiac pool systems called to find out what the problem was and offered to send a new one I excepted and will update when I see how it goes they said I needed to get my water tested which I will do this week.

I fell in love with this product last season, when I first installed this, this time though, its not working at all, I or my wife have to go out and scrub the pool everyday cause its turning green.
