Steep price increase 1. In the last box I bought, one of the sticks was improperly assembled, allowing the mineral beads to leak out. 2. The price has increased sharply these past few years.

Impossible to assemble My filters were too narrow to put together in the 4 way format so I tried the other method of stacking on on top of the other. No matter how hard I tried it would not snap together. So I had to put them in my filters loosely. Time will tell if they actually work but I’ll be searching for a different brand when the time comes.
