My visit was about my blood pressure. It was high again but at home when I take it not. He explained to me some people pressure go up when they see a doctor. He looked at my blood pressure sheet and see it was lower. He decided keep me on the blood pressure tablet I taken and watch my sodium take and diet. Keep away from salt. Stay away from soda, eat more vegetables and salads. Stay away from fry foods. I thank him and I went home.
