Dr. Sonya Moncayo is amazing - easily the best primary care physician I’ve had. Getting my health back in check has gone great with her. The staff is great and very friendly as well. The only con i’ve experienced is with the office tech system used. During phone calls with front desk representatives, they take notes and state it will be added to the system so other individuals can refer to them (instead of starting a whole conversation over again). I have to share that my experience here was far better than I thought it would be yesterday. When I called they were able to get me scheduled as a new patient the very next day and I did not expect that at all. Two other offices that I called (because they were closer to my home) had a 3 to 4 week wait to get in. The office staff were all professional and even smiled.
