Quick but yet professional!
I had a filling put in. It took 18 minutes! Very efficient!
Everyone was friendly and kind
Britney was awesome! She informed me of my insurance benefits. Very nice and professional attitude.
Relatively quick cleaning by Irene and exam by Dr. Mo. As usual, the xrays are brutal. All you can do with those is grit your teeth (literally) and get through it. And a little compassion from the hygienist during those miserable things goes a long way. Should have brought my music though. I despise the sound of metal scraping my teeth.

I got some unexpectedly bad news about my dental health, and I'm still trying to process it. I wish I had thought to ask more questions. If I had gotten better news, it would have been a better experience, but that obviously is not the office's fault! I especially appreciated a staff member's advice about how to obtain dental insurance.
