Desiree was so easy to work with. We decided it was time to purchase a home in New Braunfels and were referred to the Neal & Neal Team. Desiree jumped right in, asking us what we were looking for, what we needed and/or wanted. She took our email address and we had an email with several listings meeting our criteria. Working with Kelly was a very enjoyable process! She helped me understand the best options for me and was not looking to do what was best for her. I briefly had to put the process on hold due to COVID restrictions and Kelly kept me informed about the situation.
