We loved working with Shane Neal when we were looking for a house in San Antonio. We were relocating from Austin and could only come down to look on weekends. Shane was great about being available to show us homes when we had a few hours on Saturday or Sunday. He also never rushed us into making a purchase and was patient as our house-buying criteria evolved. We also appreciated his attention to details about each house that we often missed.
