Jason was amazing from start to finish. He was adamant on showing us all options that fit our wants and needs. He was also good about asking us our “deal breakers” or “dream features” when it comes to our home. He would then take that knowledge and plan our showings accordingly. Once we decide on a house, which ending up being a new build, he helped us negotiate with the builder and supported us through the entire closing process. She was able to meet my needs, as well as coordinate with all involved parties to create a smooth/quick closing. Ruby was easy to work with on the sale of our property. I never had to ask Ruby for an update because she took the initiative to inform me. I received communication from Ruby daily until the property was sold. You will not go wrong by retaining Ruby as your real estate agent. She is the best I’ve ever worked with and I’ve purchased and sold a lot of properties. I can’t say enough good things about her.
