Cesar has been the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very knowledgeable about the market and has been very patient with me and our needs and wants for a home. We absolutely could not have been able to find our perfect home without him. He dealt with all my pickiness and expectations in what we wanted for our forever home. Daniel was great at answering questions promptly. He has a great deal of knowledge of the area and helped us with resources for seniors. We were out of town clients and couldn't view the property, so Daniel jumped through hoops beyond the call of duty. He offered to take a tour of a property without us and stream a live video. Our purchase didn't work out due to a family issue, but I would not hesitate to call him again.
Cesar was extremely helpful in find me a property while I was in another state. He was able to provide FaceTime tours of the property to ensure everything was as described. Provided very good representation and stayed on top of communication during disagreements with the other party. Made the process very easy.
Desiree responds quickly. We had some minor bumps on the road with communications with the other party. Everything went smoothly on our side. She works with your schedule and any concerns i had. She also has a good source of people from the area who do house maintenance at a fair price. Nice to know someone is on your side when, so much money is at stake. Elisa did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our first home. Her expertise in the market was determined, considering a good purchase price range while also considering the future resale value for the area. She was very involved in all aspects of the house from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, always on time, always answered any questions or concerns we had.
