Emily was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. We are military members living out of state and we needed to find a realtor to help us sell our home in San Antonio. We had a great experience buying a house with Daniel Nunez. He was very responsive and great communication. He gave useful information during the bidding process and negotiating.
This is the second time we have worked with John. He helped us to find and purchase this house 5 yrs ago. We were very happy with our experience then so went to him to help sell the property. During this very volatile housing market with frequent changes interest rates, we relied on him to guide us in entertaining and accepting offers on the property. Overall we were very happy working with John and were able to sell the home with minimal issues.
Matt helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Our first meeting, Matt took down all of our wants and needs and really learned us as a family. The next week we were already going to viewings and putting in offers. Matt handling all of the paperwork, calls, emails, and texts made everything streamline and really easy for us to close on our first home. Will for sure be going back to Matt and referring him to our friends and family.
Gaby is very knowledgeable, patient, detail oriented, thoughtful, and kind. Her presence was special while scoping the house out for purchasing to signing day. We moved from out of state so needed to handle almost everything in the process remotely. We did come down for about 5 days of house hunting and Daniel helped us for several hours each of those days. Daniel knew lots about areas and we got into a great neighborhood with great amenities for the kids. We really appreciate his hard work during a really hard move for us.
