I was really surprised at the timely way Melissa responded to my needs every step of the way. She is a very skillful real estate agent in that she paid close attention to my needs and desires and communicated what she knew to me so that I could make my own decisions with a fuller perspective. She was always quick to pave the way in the next step of the process. I have had good realtors in the past, but no one ever met Melissa's level of service.

Flexible with our schedules for showings. Gave lots of options and suggestions, told us what to look for in homes since we are first time home buyers. Listened to what we liked and didn't like about homes. Was able to get a feel for our style and the neighborhood we wanted.
