I have had kidney stones for more than 24 years and Dr. Patel has been the first doctor willing to help me find the true cause. The staff is the most amazing and friendly staff I have seen. They made me feel right at home and comfortable. I will recommend everyone to Dr. Patel!!
During a difficult time it has been a pleasure dealing with Dr Patel. He has been straight forward yet kind. I have complete confidence in this young man, he’s a real smarty! His staff is also very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr Patel.
what can you say.... well let me tell you hes the best at what he does. kind caring never in a rush to answer anything you have to ask him. has great family and moral standards. and when you call his office... he himself will give you a personal call back not his nurse and to make sure that all is well with you.i cant think of any other doctor that would or is willing to go of his or her way to do this. and never would put your life in jeopardy for any reason. this man should be chief urologist.
Dr. Patel is the most professional, caring doctor I have ever been to. When your doctor personally calls you that night after your surgery it really shows that you are more than just another patient to him. You don't find that type of quality care anymore, it was refreshing to see someone who truly wanted to help me and cared about my well-being.
Dr. Patel has stellar credentials and experience in his resume. However, when it takes him an hour and a half from my appointment time to see me, that is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. If time is no issue for you, then I would urge you to consider his services. However, to over-schedule which leads to delays is not very respectful and not in the patient's best interest. For this reason, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Patel to family and friends.
