Well, we had one good rain and all gutters and downspouts are draining.
When I called the agent I spoke with asked all the right questions. Was Professional, polite, and courteous. He quoted me a price that even Groupon couldn t match so I hired them. They showed up did the work and showed me what they found and were done in a very timely manor.
I was amazed at their work ethic. Showed up on a Sunday morning in the rain ... wow ! Who does that ?
Ned called immediately upon my interest Home Advisor. He gave me a reasonable price and I had him do a dryer vent cleaning as well as gutters. Told me he would be out in 1-2 weeks and in reality came out in a couple of days. I am not a fan of not giving a call prior to arrival or in scheduling a specific day but it seems many contractors do this now. Customer service and time from request to completion of service was great! My only complaint was that I never knew what day the services were going to be completed, I was only told that they would come out in the coming weeks. They ended up servicing my home only a few days after I put in the request, but it would have been nice to know which day they had planned to come out, even if it was just a call the morning of. Otherwise, great service, will certainly use again!
Good job. Only negative is that I was home when they did the service and they found an issue. Instead of letting me know in person they indicated it on the door tag and I had to call customer service the next Monday to find out what the issue was because I was on hold for 10 mins the Saturday they completed the work.
Professional and efficient service for a reasonable price
He did a quality job and cleaned up after he was done, Very happy with his work!
