Very professional in all aspects
This gutter and downspout cleaning was a job well done. I was very pleased with the clean up afterwards. In addition, some loose nails at gutters were tightened back up as part of what they do for customers when needed.
The work was for just an gutter cleaning which they completed well. Not much else to say.
Polite, fast, efficient.
Customer service was decent, they did knock $20 off my gutter cleaning, so that was nice. My only issue with them was they refused to make a few minor repairs to my gutters. Their only options were to clean and do no repairs or to replace the whole system. Seemed pretty rediculous to me. I went with the clean and no repairs, and have no complaints on that front.
