The only minor issue was scheduling - they charged me before coming out and it took a week, but I was pleased with their work and customer service. They even did an inspection that included information about problems with my landlord's roof. Very thorough.

They were really easy to deal with. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I asked them to send me a copy of their insurance and I received it within 2 minutes. After they came out, they called and emailed a full report very promptly. I thought they did a great job. We'll be hiring them again.
