I used to live in New Jersey and used Ned Stevens there. Always reliable, quick and a good job! I did pay less in NJ though, and its the same size home. However, in this particular case, the gutters werent cleaned in a long time, we had just moved in and the home had clearly been a little neglected by previous owner, so the gutters were very clogged. I think Ned Stevens will do better on price next time around. Thanks for a job well done!
Took them 4 days to come. Once here the job was done quickly. I was uncomfortable giving my credit card number ahead of time. They then agreed to bill me after the job.
Took about a week for them to come out and clean the gutters but once they did, it didn't take them long to get it done
There was a communication disconnect. They would never commit to a time that they are going to conduct the service. They would give a two week window but show up within a day or two. It made it very difficult to learn what was the cause of the issue and what to do to prevent it. Actually, I am still not sure what the issue was.
Courteous on the phone. Came within 7 days. Did the work. No problems.
The sales rep was very friend, very helpful. He followed up with me after service to let me know a minor issue noted by the crew. We requested a quote yesterday, got the call, I accepted and was told they should be out within a week. They came today and got it done.
