Great experience with Ned Steven's. Excellent price and service. Got on the service plan which is fantastic to set it and forget it as well as got a discount for doing so. Feels good knowing my gutters are no longer an issue and they checked other issues for free and gave a discount on one of my replacements. My neighbors will be using them as well.
Took about 12 days to get them out to do job but we had been having a lot of rain for a week that may have put them behind. Once I called back in they jumped right on it.

I moved into my house last year and I knew the gutters had not been cleaned in a long time, and it seems like they did clean a lot of junk out. However, I thought their service could have been better than it was. I did not like that there was no true service window; they just showed up when they showed up, no option of receiving a call to let you know they are on the way so you can prepare if you're doing outside activities that may conflict with the gutter cleaning.
