Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

My only disappointment wasthey give you an estimate over the phone, sight unseem based on type of house so I paid the same for a simple blow out as the person who might have a lot of dirt, wet leaves,etc. workers were great! I would use them again.
Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning was wonderful from the first call to the actual service. When I first called into the office I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. She was able to answer all my questions and give great suggestions for my home. The gentlemen who completed the service arrived and they did a through job. It was wonderful that they bagged all of the waste from my gutters, which left my yard looking great. I have definitely noticed a difference after the first heavy rain. Very fast service
They came; they saw; they cleaned! I really liked the fact that I didn't have to be there when they provided their service and the bag full of debris let me know that they had done an thorough job cleaning my gutters.
work quality and customer service are great. The only thing i don't like is the scheduling of the work, they will not give you a definite time...they give you only the window time of 10 business days of when their crew will come. So if you happened to be out of your house, you will never know that the job was complete until you see the bill in your email and you climb up your roof to check it. But as I have said, great customer service and work quality.
