It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

A pleasant and professional experience from start to finish!
Unfortunately I was not home when the crew came. However, I feel They were very efficient because the area around the house was clean. We just recently got rain again and everything is flowing normally.
I first called and set up the service asking for quick relief for my daughter's home with an assurance it would be done ASAP, but nothing after a week. So I called again and on Sunday, I left a message with a voice mail to find out why nothing was done after 10 days. I received no call back, instead I called back on Monday, then the service was final completed the next day, two weeks after the call & service was requested.

Arrived when they said they would. Were neat
Only issue I had was they left a bag, intentionally , of stuff from the gutters out front to prove that they had completed the work; but knowing that I have no problem with their job.
Worker was polite, performed duties in a timely manner, and left no mess for me to clean up. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice customer service was. Will use again and recommend to others.
Did an excellent job
While Ned Stevens came and completed cleaning of my gutters in a timely manner, the service provider told me that I had some moss growing on a small area of my roof. I was told that it would cost $595. to remove moss as they have to spray entire roof. I felt that this was unreasonable as I have no trees overhanging roof and the area affected was very small.
