Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Need Stevens'service was very affordable for me. The gentlemen came on time, went about their work, cleaned up the mess, sent me notice on what other work was needed to the gutter system.(That was good because I wasn't able to view the gutters myself) The company offered discounts on the next cleaning. I think I will keep them and hire them for the next cleaning. Job well done, fellas!!

they did not make an appointment but sent crew 8am one day when I was leaving for work. I was delayed because I had to make a decision to remove gutter guards which cannot be put back. Couldn't reach them but crew removed them as per my direction. This is why I always ask that someone come to my home and assess the job - but it's not their practice. Very helpful, professional, efficient customer service by phone. Their business model makes a lot of sense. No gimmicks, just basic gutters and keep them clear. No other installers I contacted offered scheduled cleaning and inspection. When there was a miscommunication on installation project scope they made it right two days later -- no questions, no nickel-and-diming. Very satisfied!
