Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Easy to schedule. They came out within a week and an advantage of their service is I did not have to be home.
Ned Stevens did an excellent job.
The initial cleaning was not completed properly. Downspouts were left uncleared. Had problems during the next heavy rain. Contacted customer service and they sent a team out the next day to correct the issue. All appears to be good now.

They did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the ground where any debris fell. But they could do better in communicating the appointment day and time. I would use them again in the future.
