It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I would have preferred a shorter time window than "sometime in the next two weeks," but they did show up, clean/flush gutters and downspouts and left the place clean.

I asked the Customer Service person to have the guys check a couple of specific areas of the gutters and make recommendations on how to remedy the leaks at those locations. To date I have not received any information on this. I found various areas around the grounds where debris was left. Not tons but enough to notice. The other debris cleaned out was left in bags in the street in front of my house. With a home owner's association here, I could get fined if i was away and this debris was left there.
