customer service rep kathleen was professional, courteous and pleasant to talk with. i wasn't home so i talked with my son who said they showed up as indicated & heard them on the roof. like the followup recommendations.
They were punctual, efficient, friendly and did a good job.
They can do the work without the homeowner being home. That said I ended up being home that day, it was amusing hearing people on the roof, and they definitely flushed out the gutters and checked how the water streamed through the gutters. They run tests on how the system runs, and the results of those tests were spot on with what others had told me. Really happy with this company. I expect when I'll use them again.
